Yoga II
It is a level in which you can go deeper in the practice of basics asanas ( standing asanas, sit push ups and some passive asanas), it is introduced the inverted asanas and stretching back. It is a level that combine the securing of asanas on a basic level, with the gradual introduction of asanas more advanced.

Open classes for all levels after at least 12 months of yoga practise. An Introduction to some inverted poses and arching, while learning more about standing poses, bending and passives and widening overall knowledge on the asanas.
